dippy bird management, based near Frankfurt, Germany, is a representative agency for filmmakers and creatives. The founder, Anne Oldenburg, has been working as a commercial producer since 1999. Before she started her career as a freelance producer in 2006, she worked for well-known production companies with a focus on international projects. Having been educated as an advertising manager at Publicis in Frankfurt, she further studied Marketing and Communication in Wiesbaden and Art Direction at Miami Ad School in Miami.

Our objective is to look after our talents so they can focus on what they do best: being creative, making good films. This way, we build up young talent and help experienced creatives to diversify or just to concentrate on work. What we do is support and maintain communication and networking between clients and creatives. Negotiating fees and conditions, securing deals and maintaining networks are our everyday activities.
We provide productions with the whole crew they need. 
Our consultations and other services are free for all agencies and production companies.
